Do you own your e-commerce technology?

MMG operates our MarketingStream platform through a preferred licensing agreement.  However, all customization and new project requests are handled by MMG employees and our in-house development team. This gives you secure, direct access with full control over your marketing assets, brand templates, and order management. Unlike standard third-party solutions, we customize features specifically for your business needs and provide dedicated ongoing support and updates. Our platform includes real-time inventory tracking, customizable brand templates, digital asset management, and secure transaction processing.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Fulfillment orders ship same day if received before 3PM EST, or within 24 hours of placement. For print projects, turnaround varies by complexity, but we optimize all production for speed and reliability to meet your deadlines. Our streamlined processes and extensive supplier network allow us to expedite urgent projects while maintaining quality standards. Rush orders are accommodated based on project specifications and current production capacity.

Who will be my main point of contact?

Each client is assigned a dedicated Client Success Specialist who becomes intimately familiar with your daily operations, brand requirements, and project preferences. Your Client Success Specialist serves as your primary contact for order management, project updates, and ongoing support. Additionally, an Account Executive collaborates with you on strategic initiatives and new business opportunities. This dual-contact approach ensures both operational efficiency and strategic growth support.

How do you handle kitting and fulfillment?

We operate a 35,000 square foot fulfillment facility in Hunt Valley, Maryland, managing all kitting and fulfillment in-house. Our team specializes in custom kit assembly, including event-specific packaging and one-to-one personalized kits. In addition, we’re able to leverage our supplier network’s in-house kitting and fulfillment capabilities, providing added scale, a nationwide footprint, and unique strengths that complement our own operations.  We utilize UPS as our primary carrier, plus USPS, FedEx, and LTL options to ensure the most economical and efficient delivery for each project.
